Reservation Payment

A first nights deposit is required at the time of booking for all reservations.

Reservations are subject to applicable deposits.

Balance is required 30 days prior to reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

30 days from reservation date: No refunds unless it is re-rented. $50 cancellation fee.

31-60 days from reservation date: First Nights deposit retained. $50 cancellation fee.

61+ days: $50 cancellation fee.

DIRECTIONS HEADING SOUTH

Take TALENT exit 21 off I-5 South of Medford. At off ramp, take a right. STAY IN RIGHT LANE and at 2nd set of lights, take a right (it's all you are permitted to do.) Get in left lane and at lights (1/4 mile) take a LEFT ON COLVER. Drive 2.1 miles, then go left at PIONEER - drive up 1.3 miles to 4 way stop. Go straight thru 4 way and continue straight ahead 1.1 miles NO DEVIATIONS. We are on the right hand side - 7017 Dark Hollow Rd. There is a big green sign "Quarry Hill Farm, LLC." The gate is often closed, just come on in and close gate behind you. Stay to the left and DRIVE SLOWLY up the driveway. PLEASE look out for the dog, he will greet you every time. (Finn - super friendly!) Turn to the left and park alongside the hedge. You are here! Welcome to Quarry Hill Farm, LLC!!
